What are your molds made of?

Our molds are manufactured using proprietary high-grade urethane, encased in a steel framework, engineered for durability, detail clarity, and long-term reuse.

With proper care, Elastoquip molds offer high-cycle longevity, delivering consistent results pour after pour.

No. Our molds are fully self-contained, liner-free systems designed for fast demolding and low maintenance.

Yes. Every panel and post mold is engineered to create sharp, realistic texture on both sides of the panel and all sides of the post rail and caps. 

Production depends on your cycle time, crew size, and curing methods, but our 12-panel gang mold is designed for efficient, high-output casting, of 12 panels per cast.
