Elastoquip builds precast concrete molds for producers who need repeatable detail and fast cycle times. Every precast mold is machined from proprietary high-grade urethane and encased in a steel framework — so you get the fine texture reproduction of a polyurethane mold with the dimensional stability of steel moulds for precast concrete. Panels demold cleanly and hold sharp, double-sided texture pour after pour.

As one of the few dedicated manufacturers of precast concrete moulds that engineer complete gang systems, we design for output first. Our 12-panel gang mold casts twelve uniform panels per cycle, and the surrounding tooling — line post, corner post, T-post, end post, post cap, and panel rail molds — is built to the same tolerances, so every component of the fence system comes off the line ready to assemble.

Because our precast molds are liner-free and self-contained, there is no separate liner to buy, align, or replace. Crews spend less time on setup and maintenance and more time casting, and the surface that produces your texture is the mold itself. Textures include brick, stone, ledgestone, woodgrain, smooth, and ranch rail — each cast with realistic detail on both faces of the panel.

The Post Mold Range

A fence system is only as consistent as its posts, so Elastoquip builds a dedicated mold for every position in the run:

• Line post mold — a one-piece, leak-proof mold engineered to produce straight, structurally sound line posts with a textured finish on all sides.
• Corner post mold — built for clean 90-degree transitions, delivering durable corner posts that align and interlock seamlessly.
• T-post mold — creates precise T-shaped posts that allow multi-directional fence connections with consistent alignment.
• End post mold — produces secure termination posts that provide stability and a clean finish at the end of each fence run.

Post cap and panel rail molds complete the system, so every component of the fence comes off the same tooling program.

Wet Cast, Steel, and Custom Tooling

Different products call for different mold materials. Our urethane faces are built for wet cast molds, where fine stone, brick, and woodgrain detail comes straight off the mold surface; where a part needs maximum rigidity and cast life instead, we build steel moulds for precast concrete. We also produce custom precast concrete mold forms to a producer’s own drawings — specialty profiles, trench and box sections, caps, and one-off architectural shapes.
